Welcome to WhichStats, a mobile application developed by Dopefrica Ltd. By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the application.

1. Scope of Service

WhichStats is designed as an educational and decision-support tool to assist users in identifying appropriate statistical tests based on user-inputted criteria.

 

2. Intellectual Property

The app, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Dopefrica Ltd. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

 

3. "As-Is" Usage and Disclaimer

  • Educational Purpose Only: WhichStats is provided for informational and educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, statistical methodology can be complex and context-dependent.

  • No Guarantee of Results: Dopefrica Ltd does not guarantee that the suggested statistical test is the definitive or only choice for your specific data set.

  • User Responsibility: The final decision to apply a specific statistical test, and the subsequent interpretation of results, remains the sole responsibility of the user. We are not liable for any research errors, academic failures, or business losses resulting from the use of the app.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dopefrica Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

5. Updates and Termination

We are committed to ensuring the app is as useful as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to:

  • Make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason.

  • Update the app to support new OS versions or features.

  • Terminate your use of the app if you violate these terms.
